Concerned about GMO's? Is Organic Better?

Have you heard about the Food Revolution Summit yet? I am looking forward to learning more!

John Robbins will be interviewing some of the top food experts on the planet. John Robbins left his father's ice cream empire, Baskin Robbins, and has become a best selling author and a  vegetarian movement hero.

They’ll be exposing factory farms and the “ag gag” laws that make it illegal to even take pictures of them. You will learn ways to avoid health dangers and how to thrive on a plant-strong diet.

You will hear some of the latest breakthrough insights and up-to-the-minute research on the link between our food, our health, and the future of our food!

From April 27-May 5, John Robbins will be personally interviewing 24 of the world’s top experts, celebrated in the movements for healthy, sustainable, humane and conscious food.

These are some of the most brilliant and inspiring voices in the world today.

You will be able to access it all online, for no charge, world-wide.

The Food Revolution Summit will provide you with current resources to help you:

• Learn why some vegetarians thrive while others do not
• Read through corporate side-stepping and get the story straight on GMOs, the Paleo diet, soy, good and bad fats, vitamins, and more
• Bring your food choices into alignment with the world you want to create, and
• Be an effective food advocate without having your loved ones think you’re a nut.

I'll be there. Will you join me?

ADHD, DNA and other initials.

Fake foods in disguise
I have been working on decreasing the amount of "fake" foods we consume. It is something I always wanted to do, but until we discovered a few of our children have allergies to things like gluten and casein, there wasn't a real motivation.

I have been soaking in every bit of information I can get my hands on trying to provide a healthier lifestyle for my kids than what I have known. There have been moments when my jaw has dropped and I have been stunned at what I've learned. I find myself being ashamed that we have allowed various institutions get away with allowing (or banning) things that are not in our best interests.

Don't ask about dna tweaks
We have become a very unhealthy nation. The more we attempt to slim down, the more obese we become. The more we attempt to follow the food pyramid, the more unhealthy we become. The more we feed our kids based on what is touted to be "part of a healthy breakfast" the more we discover ADHD, autism and depression. The more we adapt our crops, tweaking the DNA here and there, the more they adapt our body chemistry to host cancers and disease.

Our nation's lifespans and the quality of the lives we're living are suffering.  I don't want my children to suffer for our oblivious lack of knowledge.  We are making changes back to earlier times when food was nourishing and untainted.  Join us in the journey.
